A MAN’S FACE IS HIS AUTOBIOGRAPHY

Unfortunately youth is only temporarily on our side, and even with that there is always the possibility of looking 22 going on 33.When we are young we rarely ever think about consequences. We do the most when it comes to trying to look good and to be cool. We will sometimes resort to late nights, early mornings, partying, drinking(too much), smoking, tanning, not using sunscreen (SPF 45 for me), and forget to drink enough water. After all is said and done we pay the ultimate price not with hangovers or looking orange, but with our skin.

It is important to care for our skin. We put it through so much and rarely ever give back and our face is where we see the most results. From crows feet to parenthesis, we show our ‘experience’ on our face. With all the skin care products, why not start using some?

I started using moisturizer about two years ago when I stopped going tanning because I saw how The Situation’s face looked and it was an eye-opener. I started to use Kiehl’s ultra facial moisturizer and the eye de-puffer.

I think they work great. The moisturizer feels especially ‘moist’ after a hot shower when the skin get all tight and whatnot. The eye de-puffer works great too. You know after a late night and one too many drinks you wake up looking like your eyes went shopping and brought home some heavy bags; just roll some of this stuff on and you’ll look a lot less like death. Maybe it is my imagination, but after I started taking care of my money-maker face I felt like I started looking a bit less rough.

So start taking care of your face. It is more important than you think.  Of course aging and wrinkles and such are inevitable, some can be temporarily preventable, but irreversible. Nobody wants crows feet at 25.

But if all else fails and you decide to live life fast and disregard responsibility, there is always botox, face-lifts, and many other cosmetic procedures out there. Good to know right?
